The visionaries who brought REC to life


REC Residential LLC was founded by seasoned real estate and business leaders Peter Pasternack, DD Garzon, and Denny Faircloth, who collectively bring decades of experience in finance, property management, large-scale operations, and investment real estate. Peter Pasternack, a CPA and former bank president, has financed more than 500 businesses and completed over 100 real estate investment projects, combining financial expertise with community-focused housing development. DD Garzon, a nationally recognized property management leader and current President of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), built and successfully exited one of metro Atlanta’s largest property management companies, bringing operational excellence and scalable systems expertise to the organization. Denny Faircloth, an accomplished investor, brokerage leader, and co-founder of Atlanta’s largest real estate networking community, contributes deep experience in business development, team-building, and high-performance housing models. Together, the founders share a mission to elevate affordable and recovery housing by blending professional management, innovative co-living strategies, and a genuine commitment to dignity, stability, and community impact.
